Flock cameras aid Menifee Police Department in arrest of two Indiana fugitives

Menifee Police Department Investigators arrested two fugitives from Indiana after using the department’s Flock Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) camera system to locate their vehicle in the City of Menifee.
