The City of Menifee invites the public to its Wildlife Appreciation Day and the grand opening of Quartz Ranch Park on Saturday, March 2, from 10 to 1 p.m. at Quartz Ranch Park, 30601 Evans Rd.
Join the Menifee Park Rangers for a wildlife meet and greet, talk to conservation specialists, learn about habitat restoration, explore nature exhibits, and enjoy delicious eats by local food vendors.
A ribbon-cutting for Quartz Ranch Park will be held at 10:30 a.m. Amenities at this new five-acre park include basketball courts, pickleball courts, a covered playground, restrooms, a picnic shelter, and a lighted multi-purpose field.
