The Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce announced Realloans as Business of the Month. Realloans offers residential, construction, and commercial real estate loans to clients locally and across the nation.
Rick Tobin, the broker/owner of Realloans, has written real estate and financial articles, courses, and college textbooks over the past 30 years. Tobin also leads the So-Cal Real Estate Investors group.
Tobin serves on the board and as the events and education coordinator of Trusted Business Partners, a networking group that has multiple chapters throughout Southern California, including two chapters in Canyon Lake. As a member of the Canyon Lake Chamber, Tobin serves on the Events Committee.
Additionally, Tobin has hosted several in-person seminars, meetings, and business networking parties at the Canyon Lake Golf & Country Club, including a Valentine’s Day party earlier this year.
Tobin is a member of the Lake Elsinore Chamber of Commerce and the primary sponsor for its upcoming Halloween Afterhours Mixer on October 3.
