Canyon Lake POA restricts service provider access on Halloween

In an effort to ensure the safety and enjoyment of its residents during Halloween festivities, the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association has announced that service providers will not be permitted gate access into the community on October 31.

This restriction will be in effect for the entirety of Halloween night and it applies to a wide range of service providers, including delivery drivers, rideshare apps, and contractors.

This restriction does not apply to in-home healthcare service providers; however. residents expecting healthcare providers must add them to their temporary guest list for the day to ensure they can gain entry.

This temporary measure is aimed at reducing unnecessary traffic in the community and maintaining a controlled environment for trick-or-treating and other Halloween activities.

Residents are encouraged to plan ahead by scheduling deliveries and services before or after October 31.

Members are encouraged to accompany their guests throughout the community at all times. An additional fine will be incurred for guests who violate certain POA rules in the absence of the member.

The POA encourages members to utilize its e-pass service, which emails the guest’s pass and expedites their entry into the community.
