Jump, climb, crawl, slide, or run your way through Menifee’s Trot for a Cause Fun Run and 5K on Saturday, November 23, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Santa Rosa Academy, 27587 La Piedra. This family-fun fitness day is for all ages and abilities.
This event features an exciting obstacle course, a rock wall, and games and prizes.
Fun Zone activities are open to the public. Registration is required for the Fun Run and 5K. Registration is $10, along with a donation of four canned goods to benefit the Menifee Valley Community Cupboard. The first 100 people to register will receive a free event shirt.
There will be awards and fitness-theme baskets for the best times in the 5K. Wear a costume for a chance to win prizes.
