The City of Lake Elsinore’s Office of Economic Development invites commercial real estate professionals and developers across the West Coast to a special appreciation luncheon celebrating the city’s broker community. The event will be held on Wednesday, February 5, at 8:30 a.m. at Launch Pointe Resort Destination at 32040
Riverside Dr.
This year’s luncheon will feature the theme “Dreams in Action,” which aligns with Lake Elsinore’s Economic Development Division’s newly introduced tagline.
Commercial real estate professionals and developers will have the opportunity to explore exciting business opportunities in Lake Elsinore, including key tenant needs and targeted sectors such as unique eateries, sit-down restaurants, entertainment, action sports, medical and professional office space, and industries like recreation sports technology, sports equipment manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, and aviation manufacturing.
Attendees will also be introduced to Lake Elsinore’s streamlined project approval process, designed to save developers
time and money. Attendees will receive insights into demographic shifts and ongoing developments in the region. Additionally, attendees can connect directly with Lake Elsinore’s Dream Development Team, Executive Team, and City Council.
