The Mermaids of Canyon Lake Club is kicking off its 2025 season with a new leadership team.
Nicole Taylor will lead the club as the 2025 president. Joining Taylor is Vice President Rhonda McCord, Treasurer Grace Ward, Secretary Kim Pauley, Events Coordinators Kathy Ray and Calista Grande, Social Media Coordinator Natassia Wright, and Parliamentarian Lynette Villa-Rodriguez.
The club is holding its first member meeting of 2025 on Monday, January 6, at the Canyon Lake Senior Center. Social hour starts at 6 p.m., followed by the meeting at 6:30 p.m. Those interested in learning more about the club are encouraged to attend.
The Mermaids of Canyon Lake Club is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that promotes volunteerism, sisterhood, and community. The club hosts several events throughout the year to raise funds for the charitable causes it supports. Its signature events include the annual Afternoon Tea, Derby Day, and Casino Night.
