Pamela Eileen Lach, age 80, of Canyon Lake, California, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 12, 2025.
Pamela was born in El Paso, Texas, to her parents, Matthew and Sabina Deplewski. Raised in Chicago, Illinois, she attended Lindblom High School, where she met her future husband, Ronald Lach. They were married on August 31, 1963, and celebrated their 61st anniversary last year.
In 1969, they moved to Arlington Heights, Illinois, where they put down roots and raised their three children (John, Michael, and Cindy) in the Ivy Hill neighborhood. In 1991, once their children finished their studies, they headed west and relocated to the beautiful community of Canyon Lake, California, where they have remained for more than 30 years.
Family meant everything to Pamela, who loved weaving between her titles of wife, mother, and nana. Never one to miss a birthday or sporting event, she thrived on the shared life experiences with those she loved.
Her giving went beyond just her family. If Pam saw someone in need, her natural instinct was to help make their situation better. She was a tireless champion for those less fortunate.
She cherished the lifelong friendships and friend groups she established throughout life and always made it a priority to remain in touch.
Pamela is survived by her husband Ronald; children John (Joanna) Lach, Michael (Tanya) Lach, and Cindy (Jason) Williams; grandchildren Leah, Matthew and Katie Lach, Kendall and Dylan Lach, and James, Justin, and Jaden Williams: and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Matthew Dee, and her sister Marilynn Tykal.

A visitation for Pamela will be held Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Miller-Jones Menifee Memorial Park and Mortuary at 26770 Murrieta Rd., Menifee, California, 92585. A Celebration of Life service will follow from 12 to 1 p.m. and a committal service from 1:30 to 2 p.m.
