The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association (POA) was recently recognized as a Top Workplace in the Inland Empire, an honor based on employee feedback collected through a confidential survey conducted by Energage, a leader in workplace culture research.
The employee engagement survey of 24 questions gathers responses regarding workplace culture, including employee satisfaction, company culture, leadership, and work-life balance. Employers that score high enough are recognized as Top Workplaces.
The POA ranked among the 27 Top Workplaces in the small business category. Winners are ranked within size groups based on the strength of employee survey feedback.
