Pattie’s Ranch, home of the STAT Horse Sanctuary, has announced its relocation to a new site in the City of Hemet, located at 2100 State St.
The move comes after an offer to become part of a larger recreational development. This is the beginning of their five-year vision to see a mass expansion of the equine programs at the sanctuary.
A 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Pattie’s Ranch is supported by volunteers and donations. The sanctuary provides a peaceful, healing environment where aging horses too old to be ridden find new purpose as companions and therapy animals.
Pattie’s Ranch fosters communication, cooperation, and connection between horses and humans, allowing visitors to experience the joys of “carrot therapy.”
Since 2007, Pattie’s Ranch has been an anchor for special needs individuals, senior communities, veterans, parents with teens, individuals seeking community service opportunities, and many organizations.
