The Canyon Lake POA Member Services office will no longer be open on Saturdays, effective May 1.
This change comes after a detailed review of Saturday visits over the past year, which showed low member traffic and eliminated service capabilities.
Many members’ needs require assistance from other departments that do not operate on Saturdays, further reducing the effectiveness of Saturday hours. Additionally, the new 24/7 automated guest call-in service has eliminated the need for personnel to staff the call center on the weekends.
Member Services will continue to operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
