On March 28, the Canyon Lake POA presented its Community Patrol report for February. The report highlighted Community Patrol’s activities, showing 173 calls for service.
In addition to 31 warnings, staff issued 110 citations to members, 57 citations to guests, and 1 citation to service providers.
Forty-eight speeding and 25 parking citations were issued.
Staff issued 88 failure to stop at a stop sign citations, one noise citation, 15 e-bike citations, and 24 miscellaneous citations.
Nine citations for vandalism and seven citations for property damage were issued.
Staff confiscated 242 guest passes and issued seven citations for unauthorized entry. Four citations were issued for misuse of access identification.
The POA contracts its Community Patrol services. Its primary functions are compliance with rules and regulations, gate access control, and incident observation and reporting to the POA. For emergencies or to report a crime, residents should call 9-1-1, not Community Patrol.
