
On Thursday, April 10, the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors (SRCAR) hosted its Annual Breakfast with the City Managers at Pechanga Resort Casino, bringing together city managers, elected officials, Realtors, and community leaders for a morning focused on growth, collaboration, and regional progress.

Riverside County Supervisor Chuck Washington opened the program with a keynote address emphasizing the importance of public-private partnerships and regional cooperation. City managers from across Southwest Riverside
County delivered updates on their respective communities, highlighting development, housing, infrastructure, and economic initiatives.
The morning wrapped with a panel discussion, offering insight into shared challenges and opportunities facing the region.
“This event is more than a tradition—it’s a statement,” SRCAR’s CEO George D. Peppas, III, said. “It reflects our leadership role in uniting the voices that shape the future of Southwest Riverside County.”
