On May 2, the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association presented its Community Patrol report for March. The report highlighted Community Patrol’s activities, showing 224 calls for service.
In addition to 35 warnings, staff issued 99 citations to members, 56 citations to guests, and 1 citation to a service provider.
Thirty-two speeding citations and 33 parking citations were issued.
Staff issued 44 failure to stop at a stop sign citations, one noise citation, 13 e-bike citations, and 45 miscellaneous citations.
Five citations for vandalism and 10 citations for property damage were issued.
Staff confiscated 43 guest passes and issued four citations for unauthorized entry. Four citations for misuse of access identification were issued.
The POA contracts its Community Patrol services. Its primary functions are compliance with rules and regulations, gate access control, and incident observation and reporting to the POA. For emergencies or to report a crime, residents should call 9-1-1, not Community Patrol.
