A Jurupa Valley man lost his life in a single-vehicle accident in the early morning hours of Wednesday, May 29.
Shortly after 3:30 a.m., deputies from the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station responded to the fatal collision in the area of Main Street and the 15 Freeway in the City of Lake Elsinore and located the crashed vehicle along with the driver, who had sustained significant injuries.
The driver, Andres Virgen, a 42-year-old resident of Jurupa Valley, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
It is unknown at this time if alcohol or drugs are a factor in the collision. This is an ongoing investigation. Anyone who may have witnessed this collision is asked to contact Deputy Keyser at 951-245-3000.
