The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association invites residents to participate in the Community Garage Sale on Saturday, September 27, and Sunday, September 28.
This two-day event gives residents the chance to sell unwanted items, find bargains, and connect with neighbors—all while skipping the usual garage sale permit and fee requirements.
Normally, individual garage sales in Canyon Lake require a permit, but this designated weekend allows every household to participate freely. It’s the perfect opportunity for residents to clear out household goods, furniture, clothing, toys, tools, and other items that no longer have a place at home.
Shoppers can look forward to a community-wide treasure hunt, with dozens of sales happening throughout the neighborhood. From unique finds and collectibles to everyday essentials at great prices, there’s something for everyone.
All unsold items must be removed from front lots by 5 p.m. on Sunday to avoid potential violations.
