On October 8, the Murrieta Police Department received a report of a possible sexual offense involving a teenage minor and 37-year-old Joshua Richie of Murrieta.
Following an investigation, officers arrested Richie on October 10 on suspicion of sexual battery and annoying or molesting a child under the age of 18. His bail was set at $5,000.
