The City of Lake Elsinore’s Special Events Division announced the official launch of Eproval, a new cloud-based platform designed to streamline and modernize the city’s special event permitting process.
The introduction of Eproval is a step forward in addressing one of the most complex challenges public agencies face—managing special event permits across multiple departments and stakeholders.
Special event permitting typically involves coordination between several agencies and departments for tasks such as street closures, fire inspections, health permits, and security planning. These requirements extend well beyond what traditional land use systems or simple park reservation tools—making a unified, purpose-built solution essential.
Eproval will simplify the process by:
