On October 31, the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association presented its Community Patrol report for September. The report highlighted Community Patrol’s activities, showing 319 calls for service.
In addition to 45 warnings, staff issued 192 citations to members, 97 citations to guests, and four citations to service providers.
Staff issued 29 speeding citations, 51 parking citations, 54 failure to stop at a stop sign citations, seven school bus enforcement citations, three noise citations, and 44 miscellaneous citations.
Thirty-four e-bike citations and 10 prohibited vehicle citations were issued.
Three citations were issued for unauthorized entry, and 28 citations were issued for misuse of access identification.
Six citations were issued for vandalism, and 47 citations were issued for property damage.
The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association contracts its Community Patrol services. Community Patrol’s primary functions are compliance with rules and regulations, gate access control, and incident observation and reporting. For emergencies or to report a crime, residents should call 9-1-1.
