A 39-year-old Lake Elsinore woman was killed in an early morning traffic collision involving a motorcycle and a vehicle on November 3. The crash occurred at about 4:45 a.m. at Central Avenue and Dexter Avenue in the City of Lake Elsinore.
Deputies assigned to the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station arrived to the scene and found a female motorcyclist in the roadway with major injuries. Despite life-saving measures performed by deputies and medical personnel, the motorcyclist succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The victim identified as 39-year-old Dianne Danielle Gutierrez. According to a Facebook post made by her cousin, Gutierrez is the mother of six children.
“Deputies are still working to determine how drugs or alcohol were a factor in this collision,” the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said.
