The City of Lake Elsinore’s Economic Development Department announced “Embroidery and More” as the November Business in Action Spotlight. This monthly recognition honors Lake Elsinore local businesses that exemplify creativity, community engagement, and a commitment to Lake Elsinore’s values.

Embroidery and More is a custom print shop that also collaborates with local schools, sports teams, and civic organizations to create apparel and materials that celebrate the city’s culture and achievements.

Through its sponsorships and donations, Embroidery and More supports programs such as LEUSD student initiatives, Cops for Kids, and various nonprofit fundraising events. It also supports the Pay It Forward program, now in its fifth year, which donates letterman jackets to deserving students at all three Lake Elsinore high schools.

The business is also recognized for its customer service, inclusive hiring practices, and job training and employment opportunities for local residents, which support long-term economic development and community pride.

Embroidery and More was recognized at the November 18 Lake Elsinore City Council meeting.

“Embroidery and More truly embodies the spirit of Lake Elsinore—creative, community-focused, and compassionate,” Mayor Brian Tisdale said. “Their dedication to quality, inclusivity, and service reflects the very best of what our local businesses have to offer.”

The Business in Action Spotlight is a free monthly recognition program honoring local businesses that go above and beyond to serve the community. Presented in partnership with the Lake Elsinore Valley Chamber of Commerce, the program highlights the diverse and innovative businesses contributing to the city’s economic and community growth. Each selected business receives a formal presentation at a city council meeting, a feature on the city’s Economic Development website, a professionally produced 30-second promotional video, and a highlight on the city’s social media platforms.
