On November 26, the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association presented its October Community Patrol report. The report highlighted Community Patrol’s activities, showing 238 calls for service.
In addition to 43 warning citations, staff issued 80 citations to members and 59 citations to guests. No citations were issued to service providers in October.
Staff issued 50 speeding citations, 35 parking citations, 22 failure to stop at a stop sign citations, one school bus enforcement citations, one noise citation, six prohibited vehicle citations, three e-bike citations, and 56 miscellaneous citations.
Four citations were issued for vandalism and 29 citations were issued for property damage.
Six citations were issued for unauthorized entry, 12 citations were issued for misuse of access identification, and 90 guest passes were confiscated.
The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association contracts its Community Patrol services. Community Patrol’s primary functions are compliance with rules and regulations, gate access control, and incident observation and reporting. For emergencies or to report a crime, residents should call 9-1-1.
