The Lake Elsinore Valley Chamber of Commerce announced the appointment of Kimberly Davidson as its new president and chief executive officer, effective February 1, 2026.

Davidson will succeed Kim Cousins, who is retiring after 20 years of service. Cousins will be assisting with the transition through June 2026.

Davidson is recognized for building strong partnerships across public, private, and nonprofit sectors and for creating programs that help businesses start, grow, and thrive. As president and CEO, she will focus on expanding member value, elevating advocacy efforts, and advancing initiatives that support entrepreneurship, workforce development, tourism, and community investment throughout the Lake Elsinore Valley.

“I am honored to join the chamber and serve the businesses and residents who make Lake Elsinore such a vibrant place to live and work,” Davidson said. “I’m excited to partner with our members, city leaders, and community organizations to grow opportunity, celebrate local successes, and shape a future we’re all proud of.”
