As part of the Highway 74 Project, Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District will soon move into the final paving and striping phase along Highway 74, from Wasson Canyon Road to Richard Street.
Paving and striping are anticipated in mid-January and are expected to take approximately four days to complete, weather permitting. During this phase, commuters should expect temporary lane restrictions with crews directing traffic. Property access will remain available at all times, with posted detours.
Work is scheduled to take place between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. As exact dates are confirmed, electronic message boards will be updated at least 48 hours in advance.
