The Murrieta Police Department will host its 9th Annual K-9 Trials on Saturday, February 14, at Murrieta Mesa High School, located at 24801 Monroe Ave. This event is free and open to the public. Gates open at 11 a.m.
The family-friendly event will feature K-9 teams from across the country, all competing to claim the coveted “Top Dog” award. The trials showcase the skill, precision, and teamwork between police handlers and their K-9 partners through a series of competitive demonstrations.
In addition to the competitions, attendees can enjoy a public safety fair featuring food vendors, K-9-themed merchandise, SWAT displays, and local business vendors. The event offers the community an up-close look at law enforcement resources while providing a fun and educational experience for all ages.
