The Links at Summerly in Lake Elsinore is teeing off into a new era with its recent acquisition by Matt Blackburn and family.
The Blackburn family brings both enthusiasm and a forward-looking vision to Summerly Golf Course. Since taking ownership, they have already begun implementing improvements designed to enhance the playing experience for golfers of all skill levels, while preserving the course as a valued community asset and PGA course.
Looking ahead, the new owners are working on plans for an enclosed event space and additional clubhouse amenities. These future enhancements are expected to broaden the course’s role beyond golf, positioning Summerly as a destination for tournaments, community gatherings, and special events.
With a soft opening anticipated in April, Summerly Golf Course is poised to tee off into a promising new era—one focused on quality, community, and long-term growth.
With a backdrop that includes Lake Elsinore, the Ortega Mountains, and the Cleveland National Forest, The Links at Summerly offers a golf experience that’s both memorable and playable. The 7,000-yard-plus course was designed by Cal Olson and opened in 2008.
