Police Departments and Riverside County Sheriff’s stations across the county will host National Night Out on Tuesday, August 4.
National Night Out is an annual nationwide campaign held on the first Tuesday in August that promotes police-community partnerships, crime prevention, and neighborhood engagement.
The event brings together law enforcement, first responders, local organizations, and residents for an evening of family-friendly activities, demonstrations, games, and public safety education.
Many National Night Out events feature police and fire vehicle displays, demonstrations, activities for kids, giveaways, food vendors, entertainment, and opportunities for community members to speak directly with officers, deputies, and firefighters.

- Hemet Police Department: 6 to 8:30 p.m. at 200 N. Harvard St., Hemet
- Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station: 6 to 8 p.m. at McVicker Canyon Park, 29355 McVicker Canyon Rd, Lake Elsinore
- Menifee Police Department: 5 to 8 p.m. at Audie Murphy Ranch Sports Park, 30376 Lone Pine Dr., Menifee
