
On March 18, the Lake Elsinore Station Investigations Bureau along with the Lake Elsinore Special Enforcement Team and California Fire law enforcement officers arrested Devinn Elysee Fisher, a 29-year-old resident of Lakeland Village, in connection with a residential fire that occurred on January 25 in the 32900 block of Blackwell Boulevard in the unincorporated area of Lakeland Village.
Two juveniles and a dependent adult perished in the fire, according to Sergeant Jeff Reese. Three dogs also perished in the fire, according to a friend of the adult victim.
Fisher was transported to Cois Byrd Detention Center and booked on charges of involuntary manslaughter, child endangerment, elder abuse, and unlawfully causing a fire. She is being held in lieu of $2 million bail, according to jail records.
