After nearly three years of vacancy, the 126,661-square-foot building that once housed Walmart at 31700 Grape Street will have a new tenant—Inland Boat Center.
On January 9, the Lake Elsinore City Council affirmed the Planning Commission’s approval for a Conditional Use Permit in connection with the establishment of a boat dealership in an existing building with outdoor display and storage areas.
The retail building will be utilized for offices, a showroom, storage, and a maintenance and repair drive-through area. The outdoor area will feature two fenced display areas totaling 29,895 square feet and three fenced storage areas totaling 38,736 square feet.
In business for more than 42 years, Inland Boat Center specializes in new and used boats. The dealership also offers maintenance and service.
