The Canyon Lake Bible Club invites residents to kick off their Independence Day celebration with a special evening church service on Saturday, July 3, at 7 p.m. at the Holiday Harbor Park amphitheater. The theme will be “Ask God to Bless America.” Service will be approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
Church services will not be held on Sunday, July 4. Starting on July 11, services will take place weekly on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. at Indian Beach. The new time and location are due to the summer heat.
The Bible Club teachings are led by Canyon Lake residents Thor Ramsey, Steve Adler, Dale Norton, and Dan Cleary. Pastor Ramsey has been teaching the Bible weekly for more than 10 years, Steve Adler has been teaching for more than 15 years, Dale Norton has been teaching for more than 10 years, and Dan Cleary has been teaching for the last five years.
