The Mermaids of Canyon Lake Club is once again embarking on a mission to give back to the community and raise funds for its charitable causes by curating a 2026 wall calendar showcasing the beauty of Canyon Lake, featuring photos submitted by residents.
The glossy, full-color calendars (11″ x 8.5″ saddle-stitched) will be distributed free of charge to residents, with production funded entirely through advertising sponsorships and donations.
Local businesses, organizations, and individuals have the opportunity to support this fundraiser by purchasing advertising space within the calendar. Sponsorships include:
- $20 – a one-inch logo ad on the last two blank pages of the calendar
- $30 – a one-inch ad on a single calendar date (limited to one space per month, per sponsor)
- $100 – a larger 2.5″ x 2.5″
The club’s fundraising goal is $8,000, which will allow the club to donate to its charitable causes while printing and distributing 2,000 calendars for the community.
Once the advertising spaces are filled, the club will host a photo contest to determine which images will be featured in the calendar. A panel of judges will select 12 winning photos to represent each month, with each winner receiving a $50 gift card. The standout photo chosen for the cover of the calendar will earn the winner a $100 gift card.
