The Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors selected the Jr. Women’s Club as its February Business of the Month for its support of the chamber and community. Chamber President John Grande made the announcement during the February council meeting.
The Canyon Lake Jr. Women’s Club is a nonprofit organization that strives to improve the community. The club utilizes its philanthropic efforts to help community members experiencing hardship, provide scholarships to Canyon Lake students, and improve parks.
The Jr. Women’s Club raises funds through its annual events, including the Charity Golf Tournament, Rocktoberfest, and Holiday Sip and Shop.
