The Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce announced its upcoming events for the first quarter of the new year, offering residents and local businesses a variety of opportunities to connect and network. This year’s theme is “The power of partnership.”
On January 15, the chamber is hosting a Bingo Fundraiser at the Sports Stop Pub & Grill in the Canyon Lake Towne Center. The fundraiser will benefit Stacey Hales, a pet groomer in the Towne Center who recently lost two of her children and her home in a devastating fire on December 20. On January 22, the chamber is hosting a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony and Afterhours Mixer from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Station No. 2 Pizza in the Canyon Lake Towne Center. Pizza and drinks will be served.
Eden Accounting, located at 31534 Railroad Canyon Rd., Ste. K, is celebrating its expansion with a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony on January 23 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Drinks and light appetizers will be served.
On January 29, the chamber will be participating with a booth at the All Chamber Mega Mixer from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at Diamond Stadium. Local businesses are invited to take advantage of this prime networking opportunity. Admission is $1 or one business card.
On February 2, the chamber is hosting an Afterhours Mixer from 5:30 to 7:30 at Pepe’s Mexican Restaurant and Cantina in the Canyon Lake Towne Center. Appetizers will be served.
On February 5, the chamber is holding its monthly roundtable breakfast meeting from 8 to 9 a.m. in the Magnolia Room at the Canyon Lake Golf & Country Club. Gina Spratt of PNC Bank is the scheduled guest presenter. The chamber’s March 5 monthly roundtable breakfast meeting will feature Darcy Burke, president and CEO of Watermark Associates, LLC, who will share her business consulting wisdom.
The chamber’s first quarter events will wrap up with a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony and Afterhours Mixer from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the newly reopened Canyon Cowboy in the Canyon Lake Towne Center.
