The Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce announced PZA Oven Fired Goodness as its selection for 2022 Business of the Year. PZA was chosen for its support of the chamber and the community’s clubs and nonprofits in way of donations and sponsorships.

Located in the Canyon Lake Towne Center, PZA is owned by Shannon and Joseph “Joe” Luna, who have 25 years of experience cooking in some of the finest restaurants.

The Lunas opened PZA on July 4, 2020, and expanded its space in July 2021 to accommodate more customers and entertainment, such as comedy shows, live bands, and karaoke.

The family-owned and operated business offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week. The breakfast menu items are named after family members, friends, and loyal customers, such as Sam’s Loaf of French Toast, Morton’s Pineapple Pancakes, and Anna’s Egg Sammich. The dinner menu items are named after Canyon Lake streets, such as Rim Rock Pepperoni Pizza, Appaloosa Artichoke Dip, and Big Butte Meatball.
