The Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce installed its 2025 board members during its annual membership meeting on December 16. The new board members were installed by Mayor Mark Terry.
President John Grande will serve as vice president in 2025. He will be joined by four new board members: Johnny Pineda, secretary/treasurer; Sarah Dowler, director of events; Bob Hurst, director of sponsorship; and Rick Tobin, director of outreach. Returning board member Roger Hillard will serve as director of membership.
Tony Schwartzman will serve in the supporting role of communications coordinator and Nathan Streater will serve in the supporting role of coordinator of volunteers.
At this time, the chamber is seeking a qualified member to serve as president. Until one is found, Grande will serve in the dual roles of vice president and acting president.
The chamber will be announcing its 2025 calendar in the coming weeks.
