The City of Canyon Lake invites the public to attend the City Council reorganization meeting on Wednesday, December 11, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall.
During the meeting, the council will reorganize its leadership positions and roles, including the appointment of a new mayor and mayor pro tem, who will serve the citizens of Canyon Lake in the upcoming year.
The meeting will include a special recognition of outgoing Mayor Dale Welty for his dedicated service as mayor over the past year. Additionally, Councilwoman Jennifer Dain, whose term comes to an end in December, will be recognized for her contributions to serving the community and shaping city policy.
