The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association invites residents to take part in the Community Garage Sale on Saturday, April 25, and Sunday, April 26.
This twice-a-year event gives residents the chance to sell unwanted items, discover great bargains, and connect with neighbors—all without the usual garage sale permit and the $40 fee associated with it.
Under normal circumstances, individual garage sales in Canyon Lake require a permit; however, during this designated weekend, every household is welcome to participate freely. It’s the perfect opportunity for residents to clear out household goods, furniture, clothing, toys, tools, and other items that no longer have a place at home.
Shoppers can look forward to a community-wide treasure hunt, with dozens of sales happening throughout the community. From unique finds and collectibles to everyday essentials at great prices, there’s something for everyone.
All unsold items must be removed from front lots by 5 p.m. on Sunday to avoid potential violations.
