Similar to its previous Pumpkin Succulent Workshop, the Canyon Lake Community Gardeners Club hosted a Succulent Wreath Workshop on Saturday at PZA. More than 35 women attended.
Attendees used grapevine wreaths, moss, and live succulents to create a one-of-a-kind succulent wreath. “Everyone who attended had a lot of fun making beautiful wreaths,” club founder Kelly Lopez said.
“Each wreath turned out very unique, reflecting the wreath maker’s personality. Thank you to the community for the succulent-cutting donations. Community members who donated helped to make the workshop a great success.”
The club’s next event will be a kid’s Fairy/Dinosaur Garden Workshop during spring break at Sierra Park.

The club will also be participating in the community garage sale on Saturday, March 25, and Sunday, March 26. The Proceeds from the club’s garage sale will go toward the club’s projects that benefit the community. The garage sale will be held at 29655 Chaparral Way.
Formed in February 2022, the Community Gardeners Club was approved as a POA sanctioned club in May 2022. The state granted the club 501(c)3 status in June 2022. Donations are tax-deductible. For more information, contact Kelly Lopez at 951-609-6723.
