The Canyon Lake Community Gardeners Club is seeking donations of succulent cuttings, small and medium ceramic pots, painted birdhouses, floral wire, silk flowers, and tulle to make items to sell on Fiesta Day.
To raise funds for a community garden, the club will have a booth on Fiesta Day, May 28, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Indian Beach and will be accepting donations in exchange for potted succulent plants, birdhouses, and floral crowns. The club will also have a composting exhibit with red wiggler worms and milkweed for monarch butterflies.

The Community Gardeners Club is a group of Canyon Lake residents who are working toward building a community garden in Canyon Lake. The group will be meeting regularly to learn about gardening techniques and to share information, harvests, and seeds with each other.
The Community Gardeners Club is seeking sanctioned club status with the POA and recently submitted the required paperwork. The club also filed for nonprofit status.
