Canyon Lake POA presents Community Patrol report for July

On August 29, the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association presented its Community Patrol report for July. The report highlighted Community Patrol’s activities, showing 406 calls for service.

In addition to 33 warnings, staff issued 117 citations to members, 64 citations to guests, and six citations to service providers.

Staff issued 20 speeding citations, 43 parking citations, 63 failure to stop at a stop sign citations, two noise citations, and 38 miscellaneous citations.

Thirty-seven e-bike citations and four prohibited vehicle citations were issued.

Thirteen citations were issued for unauthorized entry and nine citations were issued for misuse of access identification. Sixty-eight guest passes were confiscated.

Five citations for vandalism and 29 citations for property damage were issued.

The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association contracts its Community Patrol services. Community Patrol’s primary functions are compliance with rules and regulations, gate access control, and incident observation and reporting. For emergencies or to report a crime, residents should call 9-1-1.
