On January 2, 2026, the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association presented the Community Patrol report for November 2025. The report highlighted Community Patrol’s activities, showing 165 calls for service.
In addition to 37 warnings, staff issued 111 citations to members and 72 citations to guests, and one citation to a service provider.
Staff issued 22 speeding citations, 27 parking citations, 23 failure to stop at a stop sign citations, two school bus enforcement citations, six noise citations, two prohibited vehicle citations, three e-bike citations, 14 property damage citations, and 37 miscellaneous citations.
Three citations were issued for unauthorized entry, 19 citations were issued for misuse of access identification, and 50 guest passes were confiscated.
The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association contracts its Community Patrol services. Community Patrol’s primary functions are compliance with rules and regulations, gate access control, and incident observation and reporting. For emergencies or to report a crime, residents should call 9-1-1.
