Based on Disney’s epic animated musical, “Tarzan” follows the journey of a shipwrecked baby raised by apes in the African jungle as he navigates his first encounter with humans and must decide where he truly belongs: in the civilized world or the wild.

This production boasts heart-pumping music by rock legend Phil Collins, accompanied by a book by Tony award-winning playwright David Henry Hwang. The audience can expect high-flying excitement and hits such as the Academy Award-winning “You’ll Be in My Heart,” making “Tarzan” an unforgettable theatrical experience.

Produced by Nicole Garvito, the cast includes Matthew Labbitt, Aiden Deschenes, Linsdey Sethman, Abby Zarn, Stephanie Vecchione, Chris Vecchione, Camille Rosales, Tavin Vestal, Isaac Foshey, Emma Webb, Isaac Foshey, Beth Park, Tanner Gray, Chris Vecchione, Acie Nwaezeapu, Adeline Swedberg, Abby Vecchione, Devin Fowler, Joe Armato, Marshall Mueller, Alicia Martinez, Champ Harris, Avery Harris, Gerardo Laureano, Evan Simmons, Spencer Swedberg, Delia Cooper, Linx Recor, and Jada Herold

“It’s been a joy watching the cast and crew come together to make this show a beautiful reality,” Garvito said. “The Lake holds a lot of talent within its gates. It finally feels like we’ve emerged from the grip and effect that Covid closures had on our small nonprofit organization and we are able to give the community the live theatre it deserves once again. Don’t miss this show.”
