Canyon Lake Community Theatre is gearing up for its production of “Tarzan,” featuring a cast of actors from the community.
Based on Disney’s epic animated musical, “Tarzan” follows the journey of a shipwrecked baby raised by apes in the African jungle as he navigates his first encounter with humans and must decide where he truly belongs: in the civilized world or in the wild.
This production boasts heart-pumping music by rock legend Phil Collins, accompanied by a book by Tony award-winning playwright David Henry Hwang. The audience can expect high-flying excitement and hits such as the Academy Award-winning “You’ll Be in My Heart,” making “Tarzan” an unforgettable theatrical experience.
