The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association invites the community to gather for an evening of remembrance, reflection, and patriotism as it honors the victims of 9/11 on Patriot Day, Friday, September 11, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., at the Canyon Lake Lodge.
The evening will be dedicated to honoring the memories of those lost on September 11, 2001, while also paying tribute to veterans and first responders who continue to serve and protect.
Attendees can expect a blue light tribute, opening prayer, guest speakers, a DJ playing patriotic music, and a performance by the UC Riverside Pipe Band.
The Canyon Lake Patriotic Quilters will host a free raffle exclusively for veterans, with one veteran winning a handmade patriotic quilt.
The lodge terrace will be reserved exclusively for event seating during the program.
