This two-day garage sale provides an opportunity for residents to declutter their homes and garages, find new treasures, and connect with neighbors.
During the duration of this event, residents are permitted to hold garage sales without having to obtain a garage sale permit from the POA. This streamlined process aims to encourage maximum participation and enjoyment for all members of the community.
All items must be removed from the front lot by 5 p.m. on Sunday. Residents who do not comply may be subject to a citation. Garage sales held on alternative dates require a garage sale permit.
