Canyon Lake residents Jenniver and Nick Lawrence donated 30 bicycles to three local organizations: Dream Center of Lake Elsinore, Helping Hands Group, and Boys and Girls Clubs of Inland Valley.

Jenniver and Nick, owners of Bolder Electric, purchased 10 beach cruisers, 10 small BMX bicycles, and 10 medium BMX bicycles from Menifee Bicycles. Nick and his staff spent two days assembling them and filling the tires with air.

Once assembled, 13 bicycles were donated to the Dream Center of Lake Elsinore, 10 were donated to the Canyon Lake-based Helping Hands Group, and seven were donated to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Inland Valley

“The bike program is near and dear to Nick’s heart,” Jenniver said. “He loves to give kids the freedom you get when riding your own bicycle.”

Last year, the couple donated 15 bicycles to the same three organizations. Jenniver said they feel blessed to be able to donate twice as many this year.
