For the third consecutive year, the Canyon Lake Fire Department is participating in the Spark of Love Toy Drive. This campaign aims to collect new, unwrapped toys and sports equipment for underserved children and teens in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, Ventura, and Riverside counties. Over the past three decades, the Spark of Love Toy Drive has successfully distributed over ten million toys.
Last year, the Canyon Lake Fire Department was able to collect hundreds of toys that were distributed to local children and teenagers in need, thanks to the generous donations by the community. This year, the department is encouraging residents to help surpass last year’s collection and make an even greater impact. The department’s goal is to spread holiday cheer and provide meaningful support to local families and children in need.
Residents can drop off all donations at the fire department, 28730 Vacation Drive, through December 24 between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. All collected donations will be distributed locally within Riverside County, ensuring the contributions benefit nearby families.
