Installed in the late 1990s, the previous dock was showing signs of wear and tear, including cracked aluminum frames and deteriorating decking.
The previous dock accommodated 12 boats. The new dock accommodates 20 boats.
In September 2022, the POA Board of Directors approved $194,412 from the Repair and Replacement Fund to replace the aging dock.
