Dive into an enchanting and magical afternoon with the Mermaids of Canyon Lake Club’s annual Afternoon Tea on Saturday, June 29, at the lodge. This event is geared towards women and children aged three and older.

In addition to an afternoon tea for the ladies, this year’s gathering includes a Mermaid Marketplace on the lodge lawn, a Kids’ Cove, costume contests, a silent auction, and a performance by the Canyon Lake Community Theatre.

The festivities will start with the Mermaid Marketplace opening at 11:30 a.m. on the front lawn. Lunch, festivities, and the Kids Cove will be held in the Holiday Bay Room. Check-in starts at 12 p.m. Lunch will be served at 12:30 p.m.

The Kids Cove offers a magical adventure with free arts and crafts, face painting, sand art, a photo booth, and other activities hosted by live mermaids. Visit and take photos with a live mermaid perched on a seashell throne.

Show off your creativity and dive into the spirit of the sea for a chance to win prizes in the Best Mermaid and Pirate Costume contests for adults and children.

A silent auction will offer attendees an opportunity to bid on exciting prizes.

Tickets are priced at $55 for adults and include lunch and beverages at the mimosa station. A no-host bar will also be available. Tickets for kids are priced at $45. Tickets are available for purchase on the club’s website at www.mermaidsofcanyonlake.org. For more information, email [email protected].
