The Canyon Lake POA Board of Directors approved $152,000.00 from the Repair and Replacement Fund for three docks at the north ski area.
According to the POA, the current wood docks, installed in the 1990s, are showing significant signs of deterioration, including cracked wood frame, joint separation, and worn decking.
To optimize resources and reduce the cost, the POA plans to reuse the newer ramp on the largest of the three docks.
The funding approved also includes an additional $2,000 for a survey and a five percent contingency.
